Due to the nature of our products, all book sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To receive assistance, email us at hello@fetchandread.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

FETCH & READ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please contact your local carrier first. If you need additional support, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (eBooks, printable content, etc.) are non-refundable.
